Appointments

If you have a special event that requires the Purely Natural touch, whether a pre-planned or last-minute function, we are happy to accommodate you. To book an appointment, call us on +44 (0)208 221 0122.

Deposits – When booking your appointment, a deposit of 20% will be required. We appreciate that circumstances beyond your control can sometimes impinge on an appointment, and with this in mind we allow a 48-hour cancellation window. For appointments cancelled after 48 hours of booking, unfortunately the deposit will be non-refundable. Payment Methods – We accept cash and all major credit cards. However, we regret that we do not accept cheques.

Prepare for appointment

If you require your braids to be removed please let us know when making your appointment. This service takes time and therefore can cost up to £20.

Relaxed hair can be braided, as well as hair in its natural state. If your hair is natural, there is no need to straighten it prior to your visit.

For styles that require synthetic hair or yarn these materials are included in the price of your hairstyle. Human hair is not included in the cost of hair styles and should be paid for in advance.

Please be on time

Please be on time for your appointment. Appointments that are not honored within one hour of your appointment time will be cancelled and incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Policy on children

We accept children as clients at Purely Natural. However, we ask that your child be at least 5 years old and have the maturity to be able to sit long enough to have their hair styled. We require that you accompany children under 12 years old while they are having their hair styled. In the event that your child is not able to tolerate having their hair done, we will be forced to discontinue their services.
